Vintage Bitossi Pottery Italian Table Lamp - Very large 37cm / 14.5 inches high

A very large, beautiful and rare vintage Italian table lamp.

Has an attractive design in white and the 'Rimini Blue' that Bitossi is famous for.

Features a beautiful glossy glaze in white, teal blue and darker blue.

Has wide bands of geometric textured relief plus other textured design elements including beautiful teal blue 'eyes'.

The design has a rustic finish including small unglazed areas.

Unmarked but a known Bitossi design.

Approximately 37cm high including the lamp holder and 17cm wide at its widest part.

Excellent fully working vintage condition with only very minor signs of age.

The price includes re-wiring with high quality, Italian-made fabric cable and a new plug, replacing old, worn fittings if required. You have the opportunity to choose the cable colour from a choice of black, dark brown, dark blue, light blue, burnt orange and old gold. Please let us know your choice at checkout.

It will be rewired with vintage style braided fabric cable with a new lampholder and switch.

We can fit a British/Irish, European, Aus/NZ or American* plug.

It takes a E27 lightbulb, maximum 60w (not included).

* If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should work but because they are 1mm smaller they should be fully turned to ensure they make contact with the fitting. This lamp will take a European type/size lampshade with a ring of 1.5 inches (3.6cm) or alternatively a lampshade that sits on the light bulb. See FAQs for full lampshade details.
