Vintage Danish Silver Pendant Ceiling Lamp 1970s

Large authentic vintage lamp in an iconic shape and great condition.

Classic Mid Century Danish lighting shape best known through the ‘Semi’ design produced by Fog & Morup.

Made of aluminium with a satin brushed silver lacquered finish on the outside, and satin white on the inside.

Many Danish lighting companies produced this shape lamp and it is not known which one made this particular lamp.

Made in Denmark in the 1960s/70s.Retains its original sticker.

Approximately 40cm wide and 25cm high.

Excellent fully working vintage condition with only very minor signs of age, mainly a small area of missing white coating to the underside.

Rewired with 1.8m of vintage style white Italian braided cable (easily cut if you need shorter). For a small fee we can rewire with a longer cable if required.

Comes without a ceiling rose. A new black, white or titanium metal ceiling rose is available to buy as an optional extra, see separate listing.

It takes an E27 lightbulb (not included).

* If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should fit although because they are 1mm smaller you may need to completely turn the bulb to ensure it makes contact with the fitting.
